Speaking at the Opening Session of the ADA Meeting
What an amazing week!
I had the honor of speaking at the opening session of the ADA meeting in Denver at the Bellco theater. As ya’ll know, I’m just a LITTLE passionate about dentistry. This was my opportunity to share my message with other dentists about “How to Love the Heck Out of Dentistry.” The biggest stressor of the week was finding the right shoes to wear. Thankfully I didn’t fall down those stairs! Whew!
As you can imagine, the thought of presenting to this HUGE theater was intimidating, but the ADA provided a speech coach who worked with me the entire day before.
While I’m hesitant to share this (because who likes to see/hear themselves talk?!)… here goes nothing! Here is the link.
Disclaimer: I am NOT a professional speaker!
Another highlight of the week was listening to Malala talk about her story. She was such an excellent (and funny!) speaker.
Of course I had to take a few continuing education courses too!
